Biokind Analytics has expanded to the University of Virginia, where the local organization is thriving with 21 members and three nonprofit projects led by Sophie Reale (‘24) and Celia Dolan (‘24). Read about our teams for the fall 2023 semester below!

The goal of this project was to help Make-a-Wish Greater Virginia better understand the demographics of their volunteers and be able to improve upon strategies to reach prospective volunteers.

This team analyzed the thoroughness of coverage for diseases like sexual health, diabetes, and respiratory ailments, identified any undersupplied areas, and correlated medication distribution with regional disease prevalence.
