Alex Han

Alex is studying statistics and biochemistry at Rice University, and he is from Jakarta, Indonesia and Seoul, South Korea where he has lived for more than 15 years. He is passionate about various aspects of Alzheimer's disease: clinical and basic research, non-profit organizations, and geriatric care. His first experience in applying data analysis for non-profit organizations was with Alzheimer's Los Angeles, a healthcare organization based in greater Los Angeles. He is looking forward to establishing meaningful relationships between Biokind and various healthcare non-profit organizations in the country. He is also very excited for Biokind to provide opportunities for fellow undergraduate statisticians and data scientists to apply their learning from classrooms to positively impact their communities.
